Shailaja is currently working at Stride Pharma in the CEO's office as the Analytics Manager to spearhead digital transformation in the company. She is an alum of IIM Indore where she was in the top 5 percentile of the batch academically. Her wide array of experiences span across Project Management, Team handling, Project Execution, Strategy, Consulting and Alliances & Partnerships for analytics projects.
She upskilled herself with coding languages and Machine Learning during her maternity leave, same time when she found a network with 3k+ IIM Alumni who collaborate to help each other grow.
