Mba.com
This website is managed by GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council), making it the official website for everything related to GMAT. While there aren’t many free resources on here, the ones available are curated by the people who set up the exam, making them the most relevant ones out there. They do have a free starter kit with 2 practice exams, which might interest you.
ETS
This is the official website for the GRE exam. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about the GRE exam. From the history of this exam, to lists and details of exam centers, to sample questions of all the different question types, you will get it all over here. While there aren’t too many resources here that can help you prepare for the exam, almost all your queries will be answered here.
GMAT Club
GMAT Club is an independent forum, run in a question and answer format. Not just that, this website also has tests that you can take. Some are free, others are paid, both are quite popular among aspirants. There’s also counselling, online courses, books, and so much more. There are quite a few free things available on this website. 
Magoosh
Another great website that is quite popular among students. This one isn’t just restricted to one exam but all of them: GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc. You can practice using timed questions, tests, or even download the app for extra features like one-on-one practice sessions. In addition, they also have several blogs dedicated to discussions regarding prep, resources, etc., which can come in handy.
Veritas Prep
You’ll find a range of resources. From counselling, tutoring, online courses, prep tools, books, whatever you need, you’ll find it here. Also, this website provides resources for GMAT, GRE, SAT, ACT, and many other exams, as well as aid for college and university admissions. Veritas gives you the choice of preparing by yourself, with a live class online, or private tutors.
Manhattan Prep
They claim to want to take test prep beyond the traditional methods.
