It somehow built strength and helped develop my character as well while I was growing up in Haryana. Gitansh Sardana entered business school at IIFT in 2008 and during the height of the financial crisis interned with Mahindra. He got a PPO and a chance to join Mahindra full-time through the prestigious GMC programme. Since 2010 he has been working in businesses connected to the automotive industry and agriculture. Gitansh hails from a small village in North India and he has always been connected to the farm. He is like a role model for everyone back in his village. His career is an inspiring story of an MBA graduate actually making an impact with his work. Gitansh has won numerous awards within the Mahindra group and a lot of accolades from his peers and seniors for his work.
