“Coming from a family of a farmer, I used to be fascinated by seeing how farmers are so giving in nature and how hardworking they can be to deliver for society. It somehow built strength and helped develop my character as well while I was growing up in Haryana. The mindset that I have developed has been mostly because of this upbringing of mine.” - Gitansh Sardana, IIFT Alumnus.
Gitansh Sardana entered business school at IIFT in 2008 and during the height of the financial crisis interned with Mahindra. He got a PPO and a chance to join Mahindra full-time through the prestigious GMC programme. Since 2010 he has been working in businesses connected to the automotive industry and agriculture.
