When the new batch of summer interns got their mails from Tata Steel stating that they have to undergo a from home internship this year, it immediately raised many questions. How will they be able to deliver their projects, keeping the restrictions in mind was the first thing that they could think of. Tata Steel and the campus recruitment team understood this challenge, and thus made certain modifications to their projects to make it suitable for the interns. Not only did they provide adequate support in the form of mentors, but they also provided the interns with constant guidance throughout the process.
In this video, Niharika and Neha take you through to their journey of working on their respective projects, challenges they faced, how they overcame them and what stood out as a learning experience for them in these two months. Watch out for more such interns at Tata Steel sharing their stories of internship experience in the later episodes. Tell us about your 'from home' work experience and what challenges did you face?
