We all must have heard the famous saying, ‘Change is the only constant’. Well, this applies to business as well and the rules of businesses are constantly shifting with the changing times. Whether it is the way the employee is increasingly becoming the center of an organization to that of changing behavioral patterns of the consumers interacting with a varied range of products, it takes a detailed tackling of issues by companies at present to become successful. To talk more about this, we invited Rajesh Srivastava, who has been a corporate trainer for years and has taught as an adjunct faculty in IIM Indore for many years and explain some bits of new rules in business better.

Rajesh Srivastava in this video talks about the new lessons that all the companies need to learn in order to sustain their business in the modern world. With changing dimensions of the world, mode of consumption, varied entertainment opportunities at our disposal and varied options to choose from when we are shopping, the competition is escalating every passing day. In order to stay in the competition, companies often put employees to the grind. Rajesh Srivastava mentions examples of companies which are and are not putting the employees at the center, which he thinks is the key for a successful business. He mentions the importance of ethics and repeat business as well in this video where he talks about although these terms are from the past, they still hold the key to success.
