Working at Dainik Jagran as a Product Manager requires a different perspective. A product manager at Yatra has a different set of duties and expectations. A product manager at Microsoft? Again different DNA. Meet Ritika Gupta who's worked in all 3 roles. Ritika, currently Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Teams, Ex Yatra & Dainik Jagran and MICA alum, had a different experience at each of the roles. From learning about lead conversion ratios to developing the sports app from scratch for Microsoft Bing, each required her to display different skill sets. In this video, she takes us through the challenges she faced and the learnings that helped her grow.

This is part 2 of Ritika's full interview. Stay tuned for more! She talks about how a product manager at a travel portal like Yatra faces challenges like understanding the user and ironing out kinks in the user journey. She shares how a travel portal would deal in today's times of coronavirus.

She further talks about getting hired by Microsoft and how she cracked the interview.
