Nivedita Parulkar, a seasoned brand manager at Asian Paints had very different career goals. Starting off as a BSc in Life Sciences, Nivedita did a course correction and joined a B-school because she wanted to pursue a career in HR. But, as is the case with a lot of MBA students, she changed her career path after spending two years at NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research as a marketer.
