Shailley Garg has a rich legacy of working at the manufacturing sector for over two decades. A Metalurgy engineer, Shailley took up engineering at a time when not many women were part of the classrooms. She later on took up a manufacturing role where not many women were working either. But, all of this did not let her down. With rigour, perseverance and constant urge to upskill Shailley thrived against all odds.
