IIM Ahmedabad has recently concluded its Summer Placement process for the class of 2022-24! Of the three clusters, the highest offers were offered by the Boston Consulting Group, followed by Bain. Interestingly, there’s been a whopping 50% increase in the international offers made during the Summer Placement process. IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placements 2022 - Cluster 1
A total of 60 companies participated in Cluster 1 placements.
IIM Ahmedabad witnessed an increase of 50% in international offers during PGP summer placements 2024 as compared with summer placements for the 2023 batch.
The firms that participated in the IIM Ahmedabad Cluster 1 summer placements for the PGP batch of 2024 included five cohorts:Investment Banking and Markets,Niche Consulting, Management Consulting, Venture Capital and Asset management, cards and Financial Advisory and Private Equity.
Boston Consulting Group emerged as the top recruiter with 28 offers which was closely followed by Bain and Company that made 23 offers.
American Express with nine offers, rolled out the maximum offers in the cards and financial advisory cohort.
Goldman Sachs was the largest recruiter in Investment Banking and Markets cohort with 10 offers.

PE and VC: Blackstone, Gaja Capital, Jupiter Capita, Multiples, Premji Invest and Venture Highway.
Consulting: Alvarez and Marsal, Arthur D Little, Auctus Advisors, Ernst and Young, GEPConsulting, Cannon, McKinsey and Company, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Strategy.
Investment Banking and Markets: Avendus Capital, Bank of America, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Estee Advisors, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and HSBC.
Around 50 companies visited the campus during IIM Ahmedabad cluster 2 summer placements for the 2022-24 batch.
The firms that participated are- Advertising and Media, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods and durables, Consumer Services, Conglomerates, Retail B2B and B2C and Pharma and health care.
Adani Group emerged as the top recruiter with 16 offers during IIM A cluster 2 summer placements for the 2024 batch.
In the Consumer Goods and Durables cohort, HUL is the top recruiter with 9 offers.
From the Retail B2B and B2C cohort, Amazon made 13 offers, which is the highest for this cohort.
Optum and Sun Pharma from the Pharma & Healthcare cohort made 10 offers each.
Key Recruiters:
The second cluster of summer placement witnessed the participation of regular recruiters like ABG, Adani, Bajaj, CK Birla, JSW Group, Piramal, Reliance and TAS.
The Consumer Goods and durables cohort included regular recruiters like AB InBev, Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, Dabur, HUL, ITC, Kimberly Clark, Mondelez, Nestle, P and G, Reckitt, and Wipro Consumer Care amongst others.
The Media and Advertising cohort saw great participation from recruiters like Disney.
In the Pharma and health care cohort, firms like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Optum Global Solutions, and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd amongst others participated.
A total of 35 firms participated during IIM Ahmedabad summer placements for the 2024 batch.
11 cohorts participated during IIM A cluster 3 summer placements for the 2024 batch including Banking Financial Services and Insurance, Consumer Technology, Core Manufacturing and Infrastructure, Education Tech, Enterprise Tech, Financial Tech, Food and Dairy, Gaming and Sports, IT Consulting and Analytics, Renewable Energy and Green Tech and Social Enterprises and NGO
Tata Consultancy Services emerged as the top recruiter that made 11 offers during IIM Ahmedabad summer placements for the 2022-24 batch.
In the Financial Tech sector, Fin IQ rolled out five offers.
Adobe and Atlassian Corporation was the highest recruiter in the Enterprise Tech cohort with 4 offers each.
Other Key Recruiters:
The Consumer Tech cohort comprised firms like Audify, Justdial, Uber, and Zomato among others.
