In this video, Amit talks about his time at IIT BHU and how that shaped him as an individual. He shares how after gaining 10 years of work experience, he landed up at IIM A to pursue an executive MBA. He shares how IIM A was the crucible that took seasoned professionals and broke them down, ego first, only to put them together to be able to face high risk, high pressure situations with ease.

He goes on to explain why an IIT, IIM student chose not to pursue a banking or consulting career but instead joined sales and how that helped him grow as a professional and as an individual. Finally, he shares the names of salesmen he is inspired by and why.
