- Initially, candidates are screened based on their CAT 2023 scores, ensuring they meet the overall and sectional cut-offs. Following this, IIM Udaipur shortlists candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) round according to their specific criteria.
- In the second phase, candidates are shortlisted for admission based on a composite score that considers CAT performance, overall profile, and PI performance.

Phase 2: Creating a weighted composite score based on evaluation criteria
After completing the Personal Interview (PI) process, IIM Udaipur will compile a weighted composite score to formulate the merit list for MBA program admissions. For this year, the weighting is as follows: 60% for CAT 2023 scores, 15% for PI performance, and the remaining 25% assigned to a candidate's profile (work experience, academic and gender diversity, academic profile).
