Meet Debjit Roy - Associate Professor, IIM Ahmedabad & InsideIIM Professor of The Year In 2020
Prof. Roy is an Associate Professor at IIM Ahmedabad and teaches the subject Production and Quantitative Method, a domain merging economics, operations management, logistics, etc. He is also a visiting professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, where he is actively involved in both teaching and research in the broad areas of operations and logistics.
He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering (with a major in Decision Sciences/Operations Research and a minor in Computer Science) and an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison besides an M.Sc. (Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
