The following are important highlights from the final placements process at MDI Gurgaon for the Class of 2020:
- A total of 126 companies participated in the final placements process at MDI Gurgaon, with 97 companies hiring from the PGPM batch, 46 companies hiring from the PGP-IM batch, and 36 companies hiring from the PGP-HRM batch. Amongst these 126 companies were 41 new recruiters.
- Participating companies made a total 117 offers in the Sales & Marketing domain, 84 offers in Strategy & Operations domain, and 68 offers in the Finance domain.
- MDI Gurgaon has achieved a 100% placement.
- The Class of 2020 at MDI Gurgaon received a total of 126 pre-placement offers from companies.
- The average CTC saw an increase by 9.53% over the previous year.
- For the PGPM and PGP-IM batches, more than 38% of the offers were made in the BFSI and FMCD/FMCG sectors. For the PGP-HRM batch, more than 28% of the offers were made in the BFSI and Technology, Media and Telecom sectors.
- More than 50% of the PGPM, PGP-IM and PGP-HRM batches at MDI Gurgaon secured a salary of Rs. 22 lakhs per annum or more.
