MDI Gurgaon has completed placements for its MBA batch of 2023! This year, the batch received an average salary of 27 lakhs, while the median went up to just over 26 lakhs. Notably, more than half the batch of 472 students received salaries of 25 lakhs or more. Top recruiters on campus included brands like Amazon, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries, Godrej, Accenture, McKinsey and Adidas amongst many others. - The average salary stood at INR 27.01 lakhs
- The median salary stood at INR 26.13 lakhs
- The highest salary stood at INR 60.00 lakhs
- 52.33% of students received a compensation equal to and greater than INR 25.00 lakhs
- The median CTC of top 10% of the batch stood at INR 36.30 lakhs
MDI Gurgaon Placement 2023: Recruitment Highlights
- In 2023, MDI Gurgaon hosted 102 companies in the final placement process
- Approximately, 32.6% of offers were made in the Consulting domain, 23.3% in the BFSI domain, 14.8% from Conglomerates, 11.8% from Technology, Telecommunication & Media domain and 17.5% from industry stalwarts among E-Commerce and FMCGs
- Investment Banking roles were offered by Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Nomura
- Major recruiters in the Consulting Domain were Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC
- Many leading healthcare companies like Becton Dickinson, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Eli Lilly and Company, GSK Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, and UnitedHealth Group recruited from campus
