• In 2022, the highest stipend at MDI Gurgaon stood at INR 4,00,000.
• The average stipend stood at INR 2,73,352, a staggering 22% increase over the previous summer placement drive
• The median stipend stood at INR 2,60,000 - an uptick of 8.33% as compared to last year
• Notably, a whopping 95.4% of students got INR 2,00,000 and above as a stipend for the entire duration

MDI Gurgaon Summer Placements 2022 - Key Recruitment Highlights

1. This year, 27% of all offers were made for Sales and Marketing and Human Resource domain, 20 % for Strategy, 8% for Finance, 12% for General Management, 3% for IT/ITes, and 4% for Operations.
2. Overall, 85 companies were hosted during MDI Gurgaon's summer placement process in 2022.
3. A total of 439 students participated in the summer placement process, of which 65 percent comprised women
