- One Year PGPM in Business Leadership (PGPM - BL) This program is an intensive 1-year program with 800 classroom hours in major business disciplines of Marketing, Finance & Analytics. Average Salary is 9.5 Lacs and highest CTC is 21 Lacs. You will require a minimum of 2 years of work experience to be eligible for this program. Admissions through the SOIL Talent Assessment Test (STAT).
- One Year PGPM in HR Leadership (PGPM - HRL) This program is an intensive 1 year Masters program in Human Resources to prepare future HR Leaders. It has been rated by SHRM – the global body of HR leaders – as the 'Most Innovative Program' amongst business schools. Average Salary is 8.5 Lacs and no prior work experience is required to apply to this program.
