Radhika's aspiration was always the iconic red building of dreams - the Faculty of Management Studies. Even after having secured calls and converting offers from prestigious IIMs (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indore, Kozhikode, Lucknow), she chose FMS. Last year, Radhika distinguished herself by ranking among India's top 50 most promising incoming MBAs, a testament to her potential. True to her commitment, Radhika invested tireless effort and sleepless nights to secure her dream summer internship at Tata Administrative Services (TAS). Her journey was marked by challenges and growth, gaining firsthand business insights at IHCL and showcasing her adaptability. Radhika's diligence was evident as she successfully completed her internship, persevering through intensive learning and making it through multiple rounds of interviews. Her unwavering dedication resulted in a rewarding highly coveted dream of a TAS PPO. She now is thrilled and excited to see what great adventures the next year holds in store for her. Radhika Mohta, as the head of the Music Club during her MBA, orchestrated initiatives to infuse a musical culture in the college. Notably, she organized a Christmas carol performance and a musical tribute, showcasing her leadership, organization, and teamwork skills. This venture significantly contributed to her professional development, fostering unity and honing multifaceted skills. In Radhika's perspective, true leadership involves being an integral part of a team, inspiring others to see themselves as leaders. Her role as Section Captain during the "section wars" event emphasized recognizing individual talents and orchestrating them for collective success. This collaborative leadership approach, rooted in empowerment, is her vision for professional settings. Her MBA journey covered diverse subjects, but the vital lesson was mastering interpersonal skills. Radhika sees her distinct contribution to a company in fostering lasting connections, gained through her MBA and summer internship. Her ability to build business relationships adds unique value in today's dynamic business world, facilitating better teamwork, client engagement, and overall success. Passionate about the branding industry, Radhika aspires to work with the TATA Group. Her foundation at TCS and summer experience at Tata Administrative Services strengthened her affinity for the brand. She envisions herself as a brand custodian, aligning with TATA's values and bringing a personal touch to brand communication. A firm believer in Aristotle's principle, Radhika's teamwork approach emphasizes recognizing and combining unique strengths within a group. This approach contributed to her achievements, including international recognition in the CESIM Elite International competition. Her past accomplishments showcase the power of effective teamwork, a guiding principle for her future endeavors.
