- The highest stipend offered touched INR 4.44 lakhs - an increase of 20.22% from last year.
- The top 25% of the batch secured an average stipend of INR 3.93 lakhs, while the top-50% secured an average stipend of INR 3.49 lakhs.
- The median stipend offered stood at INR 3 lakhs, which was a massive increase of over 22% from the previous year.
- The average stipend offered stood at INR 3.03 lakhs, increasing by nearly 26.25%.

- In 2022, SJMSoM saw participation from 113 students and 38 firms in the summer placement process. A total of 12 recruiters participated in SJMSoM's summer placement process for the first time.

FMCG/FMCD & Manufacturing sector saw 43% of the batch obtaining coveted roles in Commercial Sales, IT, Operations Management, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain Management, among others. 16% of the batch was placed in premiere Consulting and IT Companies, while the others were placed in eminent firms in BFSI, Conglomerate, Healthcare, and E-Commerce sectors, among others
Companies in the BFSI sector offered marquee roles such as Investment Banking, Investment Trainee, and Product Manager. Prominent recruiters included Arcesium India, Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., amongst many others.
Eminent recruiters such as Adani Group, Reliance Industries Limited, and Tata Administrative Services (TAS) offered prestigious roles in categories like General Management, Operations, and Strategy.
