He is a National Go- Kart Champion. He enjoys product design, and he even won a global competition for coming up with solutions to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. His background as a consultant at LSINextgen, an IT Consulting Private Limited, includes both product design and development and business analysis. Because of his reliability and strong analytical skills, he is able to consistently produce high-quality results in his work. Alongside he is also a passionate instrumentalist, who is keen on varied music styles. Over all, he is a man of multiple facets of expertise and excels at being an all-rounder.
Tejas Dhuppad showcased his leadership and initiative during his MBA by organizing live music events on campus post-Covid to uplift the spirits of the students. Recognizing the need for positivity, he formed a band, organized concerts, jamming sessions, and karaoke, successfully transforming the atmosphere. This project reflected his passion for music and his understanding of the emotional needs of the community, contributing to his personal and professional development.
His leadership skills further manifested in his role as a partner of BhookLagi 12.0, an on-campus food services startup. Tejas collaborated with a team to offer affordable food combo deals to the campus, demonstrating entrepreneurial strategies and effective teamwork.
Tejas plans to leverage his MBA skills, including business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship, in his future career. He emphasizes the importance of soft skills such as leadership, business ethics, and perspective management, believing they will contribute to well-rounded and informed perspectives in addressing business challenges.
His preferred industry is the automotive sector, particularly companies like Mercedes Benz, where he sees his mechanical engineering background, business education, and entrepreneurial spirit aligning well. Tejas emphasizes his ability to balance business goals with product development plans and his commitment to excellence as valuable assets for the industry.
Tejas describes his approach to teamwork as collaborative, where he strives to help the team succeed by providing opportunities. He shares an example from his engineering days when he encouraged team members to showcase their presentation skills, fostering a collaborative environment.
