Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai conducted its Summer Placement Process for the HRM & LR batch of 2020-22 in the month of October 2020. The placement process was extremely successful with 100% of the batch placed. The highest stipend for the top offers touched up to INR 3 Lakhs for 2 months. Companies like HUL, TAS, ITC, Nestlé, Flipkart, Wipro, Myntra, Honeywell, Cipla & GSK were among the recruiters.

The average of the top 15% of the offers, stood at Rs. 3 Lakhs, while the average of the top 25% of the offers stood at Rs. 2.92 Lakhs for 2 months.
The process witnessed the participation of regular recruiters like Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Citibank, HUL, ITC, Mahindra and Mahindra, Marico, Nestlé, RPG, TAS, Wipro etc.
Headsup Corporation, Honeywell, Mahindra Logistics, Myntra, NXP Semiconductors, Power Grid, Welspun were all first-time recruiters.
Amazon was the biggest recruiter making seven offers, followed by ABG, Cipla, DRL, Flipkart, HPCL and Wipro. Companies like Cipla and GSK were back on campus after a hiatus.
Maximum number of candidates will be interning in e-commerce, followed by conglomerates and FMCG.
