Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai conducted its Summer Placement Process for the HRM & LR batch of 2020-22 in the month of October 2020. The placement process was extremely successful with 100% of the batch placed. The highest stipend for the top offers touched up to INR 3 Lakhs for 2 months. Companies like HUL, TAS, ITC, Nestlé, Flipkart, Wipro, Myntra, Honeywell, Cipla & GSK were among the recruiters.
TISS Mumbai’s Summer Placement Report, Batch of HRM & LR 2022 | 5 Key Highlights
- The average of the top 15% of the offers, stood at Rs. 3 Lakhs, while the average of the top 25% of the offers stood at Rs. 2.92 Lakhs for 2 months.
- The process witnessed the participation of regular recruiters like Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Citibank, HUL, ITC, Mahindra and Mahindra, Marico, Nestlé, RPG, TAS, Wipro etc.
- Headsup Corporation, Honeywell, Mahindra Logistics, Myntra, NXP Semiconductors, Power Grid, Welspun were all first-time recruiters.
- Amazon was the biggest recruiter making seven offers, followed by ABG, Cipla, DRL, Flipkart, HPCL and Wipro. Companies like Cipla and GSK were back on campus after a hiatus.
- Maximum number of candidates will be interning in e-commerce, followed by conglomerates and FMCG.
