1. Mr. Swaroop Banerjee, Vice President - Sustainability, JSW
Swaroop is part of the Corporate Sustainability Team at JSW is responsible for sustainability
related initiatives, environment and group assurance. With over 26 years of experience covering consulting, management systems assessments and operations for a wide range of industry sectors in India and Globally. Swaroop’s core technical areas include the development, implementation and management of Sustainability Strategy, Framework and performance, including management systems, compliance and system assessments and assurance, disclosures and reporting under the various sustainability frameworks and lead and support new initiatives in operational excellence from concept to deployment. Prior to joining JSW, Swaroop was a Partner with ERM – a leading sustainability consultancy firm where he led the Sustainability and Safety Practice. Swaroop is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from the University of Pune and has completed his Masters in Management Systems from BITS Pilani.

2. Sonal Agarwal, Regional Channel Manager - East Region,JSW Steel Ltd.
Sonal Agarwal is currently the Regional Channel Manager - Longs, for the East Region, after a stint of nearly one year as a Senior Manager in International Marketing Division at JSW Steel Ltd. Sonal Agarwal was pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from International Management Institute (IMI), Kolkata, when she bagged a summer internship offer with JSW. Showing incredible promise and skill, she converted her internship into a Pre-Placement Offer with JSW Steel Ltd. An internship in the middle of the pandemic sounded a bit scary to her, but her entire journey turned out to be exciting and enriching, all thanks to an amazing set of buddies and mentors. Their guidance and experience helped her come up with implementable recommendations for the company and seeing those recommendations being put to use created a sense of belongingness in her. Her experience after receiving the PPO and working in the International Marketing department for the past 1 year, has been nothing but stimulating. She has recently taken a transfer to the branch office and in her 3 weeks here, she believes the exposure provided by JSW was unmatchable in the B2B segment and she looks forward to my long association with the company.

3. Shreesha Yajaman, Senior Manager - Treasury, JSW Centre
Shreesha Yajaman is currently designated as the Senior Manager in the Treasury Department at JSW Centre, Mumbai. Shreesha had completed his MBA in Internation Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, with Finance as his majors and Marketing, Trade and Strategy as his minors. Shreesha was among the winners of the The JSW Challenge 2021, and secured a PPO with JSW while still pursuing his MBA. His first touchpoint with JSW was via the The JSW Challenge 2021 and it was a delight to work on the case, as he says himself. The induction week at Vijayanagar was easily one of his best learnings and interactions filled with fun. The visit made him realise the scale at which JSW operates, and the sight of Inspire Institute of Sports (IIS) gave him goosebumps, being a sports freak himself. Shreesha looks forward to a long and fulfilling association with JSW.
