XIMB Placements 2023: Domestic Salary Touches 32.21 LPA, Up 10%

The final placement season was phenomenal for XIMB, with a 161% increase in the PPOs offered and a significant jump in average and median salaries. In 2023, XIMB saw the highest domestic salary touch 32.21 lakhs showing an increase of 10%
The median of the top 25% of salaries stood at 20 lakhs, increasing by 10% over the previous year. The median of the top 50% of salaries stood at 18.58 lakhs, up by an impressive 11%.

Business sector wise Consulting and Manufacturing became the most visited sectors covering 26% and 25% of the total placements respectively with the IT/ITES sector being the third largest sector covering 20%

XIMB Placements 2023: Key recruitment figures

XIMB witnessed a record number of pre-placement offers (47) extended to its MBA-HRM batch of 2023.
Xuberance ‘23 saw participation from 42 companies, including 20 new recruiters.
Top returning recruiters on campus included Accenture, Deloitte, Tata Steel, GAIL, Wipro, Titan, ABCL, Goldman Sachs, Mahindra & Mahindra, ITC and many others.
Some of the prominent new recruiters included BPCL, Salesforce, Expedia, More Retail amongst others.
Consulting, Manufacturing and IT were the top-three recruiting sectors on campus in 2023.

The top profiles offered included HR Consultant, Talent Management, Organizational Transformation, Industrial Relations, HR Analytics, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Learning and development, Compensation and Benefits and HR advisory
8 XIMB-HRM students received placement offers via Tata Steel’s Steel-a-thon, Mi Summit Infosys ingenious, and Capgemini Work-a-thon—4 popular case study competitions.
