Consulting firms such as Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, PwC, and others continued to choose XLRI as their preferred destination. The growth in consulting opportunities can be ascribed to a growing number of applicants applying for these positions.
General Management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Banking and Financial Services, and Real Estate
Aditya Birla Group, Adani, and Bajaj Finserv all offered General Management positions. Dabur, Samsung, Beam Suntory, Brane, Thermofisher, and other top recruiters participated in the process. For the first time, real estate developers M3M hired from XL. Graduates were offered strategy, sales and marketing, product supply, operations, and information technology positions. BFSI firms such as Citibank, Natwest and State Street Corporation also hired from XLRI.
ITES, E-commerce, Gaming and Online Services
The adoption of technology and increased digitalisation triggered by succeeding waves of the pandemic resulted in a significant increase in employment in Product Management and Program Management. Amazon, PayTM, Microsoft, Flipkart, PhonePe, Star Disney, Jio Platforms, Times Internet, Vodafone Idea, Info Edge, Fraazo, and Swiggy were among the significant participating recruiters. For the first time, gaming firms like Junglee Games and Games 24x7 recruited from XLRI.
