Both campuses of XLRI-Jamsedhpur and Delhi have concluded the placements for the batch of 2023-25 students for the two management courses- PGDM-BM and HRM. For the batch of 591 students, encompassing both campuses and courses, the B-School received 602 placement offers, including 2 international roles. Here is the complete breakdown of XLRI Final Placements 2025:

Key Highlights

1. The highest domestic salary is at 75 LPA. The highest international offer stands at 1.1 crore.
2. The median salary for the 2025 batch is Rs. 29 LPA, and the average salary recorded for the year is 31.08 LPA.
3. The average salary figures for the top 10% and top 25% of the batch are at Rs. 52.03 LPA and Rs. 44.35 LPA, respectively.
4. A total of 172 recruiters participated in the placement process at the XLRI campuses, with 41 of them being new recruiters.
5. 34.17% of the batch received PPOs.
6. The top domains based on the roles offered were Consulting, BFSI, and Sales & Marketing.
7. The highest number of offers among the legacy recruiters were made by Accenture Strategy, American Express, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, EY Parthenon, HUL, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, PwC India, Reliance, and Vector Consulting.
8. The new recruiters in the Final Placements Process included the likes of BDO, Capital One, ITC Infotech, Kraft Heinz, Lupin, Meesho, Navi, UKG, Vivo, and Waaree.
