IMT Ghaziabad has released its Interim Final Placements report for the batch of 2025, following the result for the upcoming 2025-27 batch. This year’s average CTC has dipped by 5.5% to 16.25 LPA from 2024’s 17.20. Other matrices have also shown a dip owing to the market conditions. Here is the complete breakdown of the IMT-Ghaziabad Final Placements Report 2025. Please note that this is an interim media release and a more detailed report will follow shortly after completion of the entire process.
Key Highlights:

- The highest CTC until now is ₹41.55 lakhs per annum, down by 50% from the 2022-24 batch.
- The average package for the batch is ₹16.25 lakhs per annum while the median salary is ₹15 LPA. The median salary is almost similar to the previous year.
- The average CTC of female students stands at ₹17.28 LPA, surpassing the male average of ₹15.77 LPA
- Top 100 Students: Average CTC of ₹24.32 lakhs per annum, Median of ₹20.5 lakhs per annum
- Top 200 Students: Average CTC of ₹21.04 lakhs per annum, Median of ₹19.55 lakhs per annum
- Around 90% of the PGDM class of 2023-25 stands placed.
- More than 190 companies have recruited from the campus. 30% of these are first-time recruiters. These new companies have contributed to 28% of the placements.
- Top Sectors/Reruiters are BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, and Consumer Goods and Products, which make up over 70% of the offers.
