M1: So Anshika, are you still working?
A: Yes sir, I was working as a Project Monitoring Officer and left the job and currently working as a Digital Marketer.
M1: What do you do as a Digital Marketer?
A: My work mostly includes running online campaigns, targeting potential audiences, making media plans for them, and eventually achieving the targeted revenue by doing an in-depth analysis of the account on a weekly basis... (my answer continued)
M1: How do you decide the objective?
A: At the campaign level, which is the initial stage of any ad, firstly we decide our objectives like brand awareness, traffic, engagement, app installation, or purchase. Then, we discuss the needs of our client basis which we decide our objective.
M1: After brand awareness how do you measure how many people got your attention?
A: Answered.
M1: How do you know who is buying your product?
A: Sir, there is a pixel attached to both our account and website, that pixel tracks all the data about the customers like how much time they are spending, which category of a page they are visiting and many more help us in understanding the buyer's journey and in future it helps us in retargeting. Also, by Facebook analytics, we get all the data about the customer’s age group, place, and type of device they used to buy.
M1: So you know data analytics?
A: No sir.
M1: Then how do you analyse the data?
A: There is a feature known as account overview in Facebook business manager, from there we can export data about the demographics of our customers.
M1: What is the unit of strength?
A: It’s Newton/meter^2

M2: What do you have to say about how COVID is affecting our education system?
A: Recently 10th board got canceled and all will be promoted on the basis of pre-board examination, in my opinion it is a bit unfair to the students who have prepared so well for the examination and also 10th is the first time when any student comes to know about the real-world competition. If I talk about MBA, all classes are going on online mode and it might be possible we cannot enhance our overall personality, we might lack in working with diverse people ...(my answer continued)

A: Yes sir

A: Answered
