I always wanted to work with large conglomerate. I want to join Aditya Birla Capital because of my interest in finance domain. Moreover I find myself aligned with vision and values of Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) which is to be leader rather than just participant in the industry along with being role model for others to follow. Also the idea to create broad based offering keeping in mind the target customer needs across the various stages of life-cycle I find interesting. Also I will be able to learn about how to realize synergies across various businesses of such large conglomerate.
