At my workplace, I was the single girl in my Project. My opinions did not really matter to manager at that time. Fortunately, or unfortunately, there was a project at risk which was going to get deployed in production. I was the one who bought it to the notice of my seniors. From that time onwards, everyone started valuing my opinions. So, if you think you are not being mattered somewhere, have patience and the things will get sorted gradually. We should always keep our good work and keep working hard because sooner or later we will be rewarded.
