Transcend Flagship annual management and cultural fest of SIBM Pune was organized as a three day grand event which held on 29th January 2018. This event had a series of management and cultural competition with a massive participation of 8300+ participants from 70 colleges in 18 events. SECC (The Social, Entrepreneurship and consulting cell) initiate Prerna, aims at spreading knowledge and smile among the people. Prerna provides all around awareness about life skills to its beneficiary. SECC arrange programs which gives information about how to operate mobiles, filing an F.I.R. by means of role play, basic first aid, and basic hygiene tips. More than 80 housekeeping staff attended this session and 50 student volunteer facilitated the training.
SIBM Pune is known as a pollution free campus. Private vehicles are not allowed in the college premise. College is about 600 meter from the hostel. Though college is not far away from hostel, Symbi family provides bicycles to the students. SIBM Pune campus is located at about 18 KM from Pune Station. As the college campus is located far away from the city, Symbi family provide us transport facilities. We are having buses in regular intervals which can bring you to the city from college campus and vice versa. SIBM Pune is providing full time Residential program to all students. We are having top class mess where you can get variety of cuisine from all over the India. Mess menu is decided by students. At morning we are getting delicious and nourishing snacks along with fruits.
SIBM Pune Campus is well equipped with Sport equipment. We are having Sport complex designed to encourage students to show their talents in sports. In sport complex we are having Badminton courts, Table tennis, pool, Swimming pool, Squash, carom. SIBM Hostel is having Top class gym with multiple trainer and various Gym related equipment. Every year we are organizing various events likes Gravitas (Inter college tournament), Dwandva (Games between first year and second year), and most famous SPL( SIBM Premier League). Like IPL, SPL is also having auction system that makes this event so beautiful.
SIBM Pune is having top class huge infrastructure, a hefty placement figure, excellent experienced faculty along with student driven culture make them unique from the others. In college and hostel campus You may see diverse species of plants and animals. SIBM Pune is having Aqua point, it is nothing but the water reservoir from which water get transported to the Water treatment Plant owned by the Symbi Family. From water treatment plant it get circulated to the whole Symbi campus.
Great pedagogy at SIBM and student hard wok always paid off. SIBM Pune have created there influence at international levels by wining several international and national competitions. Following are the some examples of achievements.

ABRL is fourth largest supermarket chain in the country. Aditya Birla is the top brand all over the India and they are proving us various products like fruits, vegetables, food and beverage, ABRL is providing platform for learning and growth of the employees. Empowering our people and building upon their strengths is a critical part of the talent management process at ABRL. In ABRL various Centre’s are created to nurture the talents of their employees.
