I wanted to make my start up a top business house to serve the nation as Birla group is doing now. So to do accomplish that I thought I need to learn management so joined Business school, but faced the problems of communication, dealing with groups members in group tasks and even with different weightages of marks like class participation… so I entered a stage of Denial- resisting the changes I faced by avoiding classes-absent mind in classes, low involvement occupied mind thinking continuously which is of no use and not adding value for the purpose I visited a business school but later read development stories of big hubs like Aditya Birla which motivated and drove me that deep learning and active involvement with people whenever you are surrounded can help you develop in whatever the path we wanted and entered Bargaining stage-where I fought with inside me and started interacting with people, became a member of club started conducting events participating in various competitions, presenting various presentations with confidence and with improvement from the mistakes brought to a stage called Acceptance-which drive me to have growth and development in this new environment then showed a path to move on
