A PPO That Makes Me Feel Totally Lost!

I completed my MBA from a comparatively newer IIM which is still working hard to make its brand. Bagged a Pre-placement offer with highest package in the college. (Average CTC in college was 12.34LPA, not so bad, you can assume the highest then :))

Obviously had a gala time for the entire second year. And to make myself feel the worth of bagging a PPO in a sales role, I didnt invest myself in learning any of the stuff which industry is currently demanding. (from what I have observed currently, after sending 50 job applications a day and getting rejected, generally for a managerial role you just need a few years of experience in SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Google Ad sense, Facebook analytics, MS Excel, MS Power BI etc. etc. etc. and the list goes on..)

Although delayed, but I joined at just the right time so my resume doesn't seem to have a career gap. I felt it was a perfect resume with 80+ Acads, CC & CL certified by toastmasters, PPO Holder, experience in E2E Sales (Current employer), Vendor Management (Previous employer before MBA), New member Onboarding (Toastmasters) and Placements (IIM) and knowing English, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Sindhi along with little bit of Telugu and Kannada. Sounded really fancy and fantasizing at the same time.

But now may be I am not able to justify what I earn, cliched problem, unable to achieve my sales target. Kudos to me on my PPO and highest package! On the fancy resume and MBA degree from IIM! On knowing so many languages! Feels funny to show sarcasm to myself! But everything has become a joke now!

Imagine leaving a 1Lakh take-home and joining a firm for 20K a month! That's all an average Indian SME which is currently hiring has to offer me! Not their fault! and biggies who can really afford me arent hiring! Or may be still retaining old talent! God knows what do they, the 1% wealthier population of India, do with the 77% of country's wealth! I invested 20Lakhs for MBA, have a fancy resume hence I didnt find it necessary to learn anything extra! Not my fault! I have everything in me to start my own venture but no money left hence I cant sustain it! Not my fault! And Govt Job, ah! I better not put words in my mouth!! I give it all to the red tape and so called examinations! Has anyone, specifically from UR category ever been able to crack those exams and bag a Govt job they deserve?? Even they dont have money!

Where is the fault then??
