How Aditya Birla Group has impacted my life?
Aditya Birla Group is one of the few companies in India which has reached to every corner of the nation while impacting lives of many. Aditya Birla group has spread its wings across the globe with the workforce of over 120,000 employee’s across 42 nations.
Many of my day to day activities connects with Aditya Birla Group. In the present days, Mobile phones plays a prominent role in an individual’s life. When I purchased my first mobile, though there were many alternatives for the sim card, I had chosen “IDEA” as my sim card because it has one of the best connectivity across the India. The merger of Vodafone and Idea has provided the best network solution for the people by providing unlimited access to 4G internet services and quality audio calls to customers.
Coming from the middle class family, it was always important to keep an eye on the money while purchasing the clothes. Pantaloons store has provided me the biggest solution for the budget constraint, because it is one among the few stores which offers the customers with best quality of designs and at affordable price to customers. With diverse products in clothing from formals to casuals and to traditional wears, pantaloons was the biggest choice of purchase for me , which shows that my day to day appearance is in connect with the Aditya Birla Group.
While we go on the street, we come across many buildings and houses. The most important factor is to have a good building which can sustain for years always depends on the cement and its quality. Ultra tech cement provides the best quality of cement to its customers and because of quality and its innovations made them to attain the market leader in the cement industry in India. Ultra tech cement was our first choice while constructing our home and hence I can proudly say that we are connected with Aditya Birla Group. Considering all the aspects I can say that Aditya Birla Group played a big role in my life.
How I overcame challenges of my life?
The Famous quote from the Missile man of India Dr. APJ ABDUL KALAM “If you want to shine like a sun, first burn like a sun” is one of the best quote which has always inspired me in taking up the new challenges in my life. In my perspective, this quote literally means that an individual should always have a burning desire to succeed by overcoming all the challenges.
Though I hail from the family whose expenses were more than the earnings, my father always encouraged me to dream big in life and always encouraged me to stay optimistic in life to achieve my ambitions.
The biggest challenge for the first time in my life happen was when I became the house leader in my school. The Nature of the elected representative was to support and coordinate with the fellow students and encourage them to participate in extra- curricular and co-curricular activities so that the house wins the goal of being the best in the annual day event. I accepted the challenge on the very first day of mine and with the support of fellow students we collectively achieved the goal.
Throughout my education from schooling to graduation, I enjoyed the process of learning and I am someone who always looked to improve my learning curve.
As like others, I had failures in my life. I couldn’t clear the MBA entrance exams with good score in my first attempt which was the biggest failure in my life. After the failure in the exam for a couple of attempts I started to work in a company. It was initially tough to balance both work and preparation but I took it as a challenge and focused on my preparation and could clear the examination with good score.
The biggest challenge for me in the journey was though I had to face criticism from peers and friends, I never let my dream to be over ridden by the failures.
After all this hardships I can say that life is all about facing challenges and failure is the best thing that can ever happen to a person which allows us to learn things in a new way and makes us mentally strong. FAILURES ARE STEPPING STONES TO SUCCESS AND CHALLENGES ARE WHAT MAKES LIFE INTERESTING.
