Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life
Time passes by the blink of eye, it's too late till the intend to do thing comes in our mind. We always blame the situation, opportunity, our luck for all the missed changes. I was same as others till got the true meaning of life.
In childhood when the phone arrived I still remember the combination of Nokia and Idea connection our hearts with our loved ones. Whenever a call use to come I would run like a hungry child to pick the call so was the enthusiasm. Being the child of a Civil engineer I would only see the bags of Ultratech cement in the construction site of my father. Playing in those construction site to going on shopping for goodies from Big bazar always attracted me a lot
Growing from a kid to an adult I have covered a lot of journey. From being non fashionable person to wearing a Louis Phillippe jean and a Forever 21 T-shirt time has changed a lot. When my father got paralyzed it helped me in becoming a mature person. To think of family first and focus on your goals. This urged me to plan for my families future so I bought a insurance from Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd.
Sometimes we forget how privileged we are to have all means required to achieve everything we want. And It gave me my purpose in life, to work hard and become capable to serve those who can not afford to be privileged.
Part B: How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far
I still remember the day when my life changed. I tendered my resignation 5 days before the end of 2018. I am worried because there is no other job offer. "Is that the correct decision?"I asked myself every morning.
Tomorrow will be the 3rd weeks, and I can say it's the right decision. During these 3 weeks, I begin to brainstorm on how to replace the loss of income from the employment. My mental strength has increased a lot after that incident. This time change my whole life, my perception towards career, work.
In fact, I am much more capable than I think. I wrote down everything that I can do for a living in a sheet of paper, my confidence level sore higher as the list started to grow.
The most amazing thing that could happen is after everyone knows I have quit, they start to offer me some jobs. Opportunities keep coming and I have less worry and becoming more confident, and I start believing that "I can do it!".
If I were to continue to work at my current company, I might be unable to reclaim my confidence.
What I learned is, as long as you trust yourself, there is hope. You are your own saviour no one can help you life. You and you family are the only support for you.
