How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

At the core of the ABGLP programme are people who drive to make an impact, irrespective of what challenges they face. One of the most difficult challenges that I faced in my life a year back to achieve my ambition of pursuing MBA, was to study for competitive exams along with a full-time job with an early morning shift. From day starting at 6 in the morning to attending meetings and doing routine work involving clients, calls from end users, resolving tickets, providing trainings to juniors, from 7:30a.m till 5p.m, then rushing to classes from 6 in the evening to around 10 in the night, then studying till 2 in the night at home, skipping a few meals in between, doing weekend shifts at times, it was a hectic schedule to manage both physically as well as mentally. With the help of my friends and support from family and a strong determination, hard-work, focus and time-management, I succeeded to get an admission in one of the prestigious MBA colleges - NMIMS, Mumbai. I also received an award for resolving the maximum number of tickets in a year in the entire project. Our team was also consecutively awarded for meeting SLAs of the client on time and delivering maximum customer satisfaction. This one-year experience not only taught me to manage time by prioritizing the tasks on my way and build a strong focus to achieve my goals and ambitions but also made me mentally strong and be able to deal with situations in a calm and composed way. It is indeed one of the best experiences and learnings that I shall cherish for life.
