How Aditya Birla is Big in my life
Aditya Birla Group has spanned 34 countries since its establishment in 1857, which is anchored by a force of over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. As the slogan of Aditya Birla Group says, "Taking India to the World", the organization has legitimately taken India to the world with its auxiliaries in all divisions of the business. Aditya Birla Group offers everything ranging from the basic requirements to luxurious amenities. Be it car tires made of Birla Carbon or the Vodafone connection you are using to connect with loved ones, Aditya Birla has acquired the trust and respect of everyone through its services and I am no different from the everyone.
Talking about my experience, I am all around acutely connected with Aditya Birla Group. The telecom connectivity (Vodafone Idea) I use, provides me seamless connectivity to always be in contact with my family and friends. As expected from the world’s second-largest telecom operator.
Secondly, being an MBA student, my wardrobe is pretty much acquired by formals and business formals. Louis Phillipe has and always will be my first choice for formal clothing as it provides a wide range of choices in the optimal price range. Also, money constraints are part of a student's life. This is were Aditya Birla group provides a huge range of clothing and accessories through Pantaloons retail stores spread widely across the nation.
Third, Aditya Birla Group incorporates Corporate Social Responsibility and reaches out to 7.5 million people to assist in healthcare, finance, education, infrastructure in nearly 500 villages.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
Failure is the stepping stone to success and challenges are a part of life. Success comes from hard work and overcoming challenges that one faces in life. Every challenge that life throws at you is a lesson. And one such lesson I learned after overcoming my fear of being afraid to speak my heart out to my parents.
After completing my graduation from JSS Academy of technical education, I was not sure where my life was taking me to. So after one year of preparation, I was selected in IIT Mandi for Master in Technology. This was a turning point in my life where I realized that MTech was not my cup of tea. It was then, when I decided to drop out. But now comes the hardest part of telling my parents about this decision. My parents were very proud of me getting selected in an IIT . It took me exactly twenty one days to gather the courage and tell my parents about my decision and that I was going to shatter their hearts. Those twenty one days were a nightmare and I was freaking out. But on the twenty second day, I explained this situation to my parents. They patiently listened to me and I felt like God had himself held my hand. My parents fully supported me in my decision and all my fear vanished. I realised that family gives us the roots to stand tall and strong. After one year of preparation, I got admitted into NITIE, Mumbai. Now my parents are even more proud of me and I also found the path to travel on, where I can give my best input.
