Being on the edge is not as safe but the view is better. I feel if you are not living on the edge you are taking too much space.
It was during the 10th board when I dreaded of giving History Civics exam. I was not willing to appear in pre-board. Then someone I was forced to give the exam. After the exam I made sure the 1 month gap I would have before my board I would focus on my weak area every day. After a month I was confident enough to face it and eventually excelled in it.
After IIT results came in, I was surrounded by clouds of fear, disappointments and what not. It was my mistake of having a casual approach in last two months before the exam. Instead of having a drop, I took decision to pursue my B.Tech at VIT. It taught me not to leave any job unfinished. Be there till it gets done.
I had the phobia of height. I was very scared every time I encountered moments where height came into picture such as roller coaster ride. Then I made sure that it is just the fear within you which conquer your emotion. I used to challenge it every time I had an opportunity and now the tables have turned. This fear of height which was my weakness is now my strength.
I feel that whatever occurs to you occurs because of a reason. Don’t rely or ponder on the final result, instead work hard and work smart and things will eventually fall into right place. Be confident, be focused and be ethical. Be true to yourself and work on your mistakes.
