Aditya Birla Group is an Indian Multinational Conglomerate operating in 35 countries. It has grown 20 folds the initial size through its tuning and restructuring strategies. ABG has imprinted the world from its various products and services. ABG has been a market leader in various products and services. Every Indian has encountered products or services of ABG knowingly or unknowingly.
From corporate buildings to my household, I have encountered an ABG product. I remember when our house was being constructed, I used to see UltraTech Cement bag stacks. Also, the advertisement had an influencing tagline "The Engineer's Choice" which delivered a sense of reliability and assurance.
Aditya Birla Group used its marketing research to develop differentiated products service by making radical business innovations which created new markets. Aditya Birla Group has diversified businesses from aluminum foil paper used in tiffin boxes to Financial Services providing life insurances to everyone, enhancing value in each aspect of life.
Aditya Birla Group has not only been great a contributor in Indian economic growth but also a great contributor in the education sector and CSR activities since independence.
PART B - How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far.
3P's (Passion, Perseverance, and Practice) have been my strategy to face any challenges that life throws at me. 3P's are the reason why where I stand today.
Being a student of computer science it was expected from me to be a good developer. But after 3 years into graduation, I was not confident enough to write an algorithm on my own. It was a challenging phase as I was not able to clear exams as per my expectations.
Challenges test your skills and patience, and you have to lead this with patience and let the bad phase pass away. Practicing daily, later on taking part in competitions boosted my confidence and the fear of not being industry ready got away.
Perseverance helps to focus and stay on your path. Challenges teach you to find alternative ways to tackle difficult situations. It may fail or in great success. Passion is the root of the motivation you get to do things that you love. I have always wanted to solve small problems that people faced in their life using my capabilities. As I overcame my fear of not industry ready, I was able to create a small application to help my father's business. It helped him to daily accounting easily.
As I went ahead in my life, I was able to perform for my organization in the industry. Without these 3P's of life, I could not have finished where I had with the hope of finishing higher and better beyond it.
