Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life?

Aditya Birla Group has been an integral part of my life since my inception. It has been omnipresent in my

life as anything and everything that forms the necessities of life. From the cement used in building my

home to the clothes I wear, this group has played its part. This is the extent to which this group plays an

important role in my life. I am an ardent customer of Peter England, the merchandise subsidiary of

Aditya Birla Group. The collection of this brand aligns with my taste and preferences while also being

comfortable at the same time. This group being the largest producer of aluminium in the world, through

its subsidiary Hindalco which occupies an irreplaceable part in the market and making the lives of

millions better without them not even realizing it. Its aluminium is used in making day to day items like

utensils, window frames, car rims, beer kegs and much more. This group has touched my life in a way no

one else could ever have as my telecom operator, Vodafone. It has been my first telecom operator and I

hope it to be the last one. It has been much more than a telecom operator in the last decade in my life,

it has been there through my thick and thin, those late night texts with my girlfriend, that streaming of a

cricket match with my friends, and many more such incidents that shaped up my life. I feel that this

group has been a part of my life at every point and helped me move forward towards my goals.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

Progress is the ball of change and I intend to keep that ball moving but in doing so, one has to go

through a lot of challenges, both physical and mental to keep moving forward. I had to tackle a lot of

challenges to achieve what I intended to become and from what I have learned through that phase is

that you need to have pure determination and work hard towards your goals to achieve them. I have

always believed that luck does play a part in our destiny but that happens only when you have reached a

certain point where you have proven that you are worthy of it and deserve to be there. While growing

up, I was shy and had a barrier in communicating with people throughout my childhood. I had the traits

of an introvert but I didn’t want that to be my personality so I started working towards it through

various ways. I practiced speaking in front of the mirror, tried to frame my thoughts properly so that I

could speak properly without hesitation and even joined multiple personality development classes to

guide me properly. At the end of it, I evolved from a kid who used to hide in the room when guests came

over to my house to the man who presented his research findings in an international conference in front

of internationally recognized people confidently. That’s one of the many challenges I had to overcome

during my life and it has helped me pretty well in achieving my ambitions so far. I have always believed

that the end of one challenge is the start of another and it is the best sign to know that you are growing

as a person. Hence, I believe in moving forward and tackling different challenges in my life.
