Like that, there are some people who let failure become their driving force. And there are those people also who get too sad to do anything after experiencing failure. So, for the former, yes failure is a reason for their success while for the latter, it is not. I always opt for the former. I always try to learn from each failure which helps me to analyze myself, work towards it and perform better in next opportunity.
The first question which we should be clear in our head is what our ambitions are. For me, my ambitions are clear that I need to go to a C-suite managerial position in a big firm. After deciding my goal, I strategized. A strategy is the essence of human action—the bridge between an idea and its realization in the world. I planned for reaching towards my aim I need to have a good management degree from a premier institute of India. I started working towards my goal. The path was difficult, but I used to think how my life would be once I achieve my goal which motivated me every day. The greater the effort, the greater the reward. The satisfaction that comes with an achievement that you have worked really hard for is unparalleled.
Finally, I made to NMIMS School of Management. This is just the beginning of my path towards my aim. But as I said before I will never give up and try to learn from my mistakes and failure. With this mindset, I hope surely, I will get there where I want to be.
