Part-A

‘Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life’

Aditya Birla Group plays a vital role in the life of mine. It has been a group which is associated in so many businesses that directly or indirectly it associates with us.

The first association which I remember of Aditya Birla Group in my life comes in the form of Hindalco Industries whose materials are used for making aluminium secton doors and mirrors in my house and office. Then comes the cement brand of Aditya Birla Group(Ultratech) whose price is competitive in my region(Tinsukia,Assam) and is the most used and preferred brand there and as far as I remember the construction of my house was done mostly with the use of Ultra Tech Cement.

My father has a business of Industrial Chemicals and we deal in bleaching powder. The lion brand of Aditya Birla Group’s bleaching powder is really popular and also the most preferred in terms of quality and durability. I have myself experienced the material and the aroma is so strong(which says that the quality is pure) as compared to the other substitutes.

Then there comes the fashion and retail sector of Aditya Birla. I have been a regular and continuous customer of Pantaloons, People,Peter England, Van heusen, Louis phillipe etc whose products are really good in terms of updated fashion, quality and also the price.

The forever 21 brand ,which is a premier brand is my most likely brand to purchase accessories from for gift purposes especially because the brand loyalty of it is so high and prestigious that even at the last moment we can be simply assured of the positive impact it will create in the mind of the person whom we are gifting it too.

My grandfather is a trader of equity shares and as told by him, he regularly traded in the shares of Aditya Birla Group as it promises you the return on investment and also as discussed with my grandfateer, he says that its shares are the most to trust upon and for future investment purposes

Part B

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far’.

I am a persistent and a person with positive approach kind of a person. I think that I am very fortunate in life that I have ever faced any kind of a challenge in life or will ever face it.

Challenges make people strong. It acts as a level up for those who really aspire for an accelerated career growth. Also in this competitive world where there’s competition everywhere and you need to compete to survive it is essential that we take a positive approach to deal with challenges which we face in everyday life.

Examples

1)My father was frauded by a corporate agent company when I was small and that phase of life was very challenging for me and my family as we need to cut costs in almost everything to make ends meet. My father went through depression and a lack of self esteem and I being the elder child had to take up the responsibilities and after some days of regular searching and enquiring I came to k now about Insurance Ombudsmen, hence applied for grievance and redressal and after all those hardwork and regular screening and visits we got our money back.

My learning from it is that at that very moment of time I took the situation as a challenge to me and also I think that taking things as a challenge really lets you believe in yourself and also trust yourself more and come back and hit at it more confidently.

2) Cleared my Nmat in third attempt, learning from it was that every time you fail, It makes you believe more in yourself and also the value of every opportunity which you get and how consistent you need to be(as in the interview it is do or die, either you clear it or you dont)

Also I think that in todays world you need to be smart of yourself and need to understand the value of everything that is around you.#NMIMSMumbai #ABGLPWooMe
