How I overcame my Biggest challenge of NOT being able to talk to people
After my engineering got over, i realized that i wasn't comfortable in speaking to people in a group. And during the period when i took a break to prepare for my MBA entrance exams, I had decided to change this one fact about me. To start this process, i took small steps, the first, was to talk to people i knew in my circle. So, i would start off by calling old friends and then would ask them about their life. This brought little confidence, then, this lead to me talking to people for hours together and that how i got comfortable in speaking to people i KNEW. Yes, now you understood the loophole. I needed to talk to unknown people and be completely comfortable about this.
So, after out college selection was over, a Whats-app group was created so that before joining the college, people could get to know each other and to gel well. this was the litmus test for me as i was very nervous in speaking to unidentified personal. So, i began by trying to play my strength, the fact that people don't see you on such application play a big role in helping you in getting comfortable in speaking to random strangers. And this helped me a lot. Not only did I get over my fear of speaking to strangers, i was so active on our group that before joining the college itself, people knew me so well and it became so easy for me to interact with them
