I completely believe in the above motto as life without any challenge is not worth living. Challenges in life are what makes a monotonous life more exciting and enthralling. Challenges bring the best out of us and help us explore and discover the hidden side of our personality.
During my school days I used to be among the topper in all the semester exams. But failed to perform as per my potential in the SSC board examinations and lost all my self-confidence. But I put my failures behind and worked on my shortcomings resulting in me being a college topper and also one of the local topper of my city in HSC board examinations.
Even during my graduation I constantly seeked challenges by being part of councils and various projects apart from studying for the examinations. Balancing all these activities was always a challenge but still I managed my time and put in all my efforts to succeed in everything. All these efforts taught me the nuances of management and motivated me to work towards it.
I pursued my ambition of being part of management by joining a manufacturing firm as Junior manager where, I tackled a unique challenge on the shopfloor everyday. I was also simultaneously preparing for CAT to achieve my long term goal of being part of senior management. I managed my time and resources and overcame obstacles to move towards my goal.

Aditya Birla group, with more than 50 years of strong presence, has touched upon the lives of billions of people worldwide including me.
My first experience with Aditya Birla Group was when I visited Allen Solley to purchase my first formal wear. I was completely smitten with the variety on offer at affordable prices. My first visit marked the beginning of a new relationship with the Aditya Birla group which strengthened further after I started visiting other retail stores like Pantaloons, Peter England, and Van Heusen. These brands have made my life very comfortable as I don’t have to worry about purchasing clothes for any occasion.
My actual relationship with Aditya Birla Group was much older than I thought. My family home at my native place used UltraTech cement to lay down a very strong foundation for different generations of our family to bond and interact. My regular commute through Bandra-Worli sealink is possible only because of UltraTech cement. It has truly lived upto its tagline of being the Engineers first choice.
Aditya Birla Group’s various other brands have my touched my life in some or the other ways. Hindalco’s freshwrap is used by my family to wrap our tiffin and maintain its freshness. My entire family uses Vodafone – Idea network to connect with the world. Their carbon black is part of the vehicles that we use. Their insulator are part of the network that supplies us electricity.
