No matter how big the challenge is I never compromise with my integrity and ethics and always fight with great agility. When it comes to commitment, I always take the responsibility of my doings and always try to conquer the challenge ahead of me. Passion is what defines an individual’s life. I set my goals which aligns my passion and find great comfort in achieving whatever is in my way. While fighting with any kind of challenge I always find what are the hurdles in my way. After recognizing the hurdles, I plan accordingly to make the process seamless. It never happens that I have only one work in my hand. To get all the work done I always prioritize all the work according to the urgency, timing and achievability and plans accordingly to ensure speedy completion of all the works. There have many instances when I was not very emotionally prepared but there were very big fishes to catch, at that time I never hesitated in accepting my shortcomings and asking my colleagues and friends to guide me and to provide me emotional strength. I always introspect for my shortcomings and always try to overcome them by working on them to conquer them.
