Why Aditya Birla group is big in your life
Products from Aditya Birla group (ABG) has always made a mark in my life. From its cellular network to its cement ABG products were always a part of my life .Starting with its cellular network IDEA with its catchy slogans “An idea can change your life” always attracted me to this network, Hence when my father gifted me my very first phone I used a IDEA network .Coming to the next point which is during the construction of our home in Rourkela I still remember the numerous hours that was put in to make our home and all that effort was made so much easier due to high quality cement from ABG group and finally when the construction was over it was built to last thanks to ABG .During my college days the amount of money in my pocket was always limited but to look sharp ABG has help me with its clothing line which affordable but at same time made a statement when wearing. Finally, during my campus placements when I needed a suit I searched for days for a suit which affordable and at the same time is a good fit for me and I finally got it from ABG Van Heusen and though being off the rack the suit was like made for me. So ABG has made a huge impact in my life from getting my first phone to admission in IIMBG it has always stayed with me and I hope it will continue to be a part of mine as I proceed in my life.
How did you overcome a challenge in your life
When I graduated from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology after completing my B.Tech I had two choices either settle for a job which gave me no drive or to continue my studies ,So I opted for the later .Opting for MBA was difficult in itself because I wanted to do something different but I decided to go for MBA nevertheless because I wanted to advance my Data science skill and fastest way was to improve my business knowledge and decision making skills by doing MBA. Which was difficult given that I only had a 60 percentile during my first try in 2017, but I didn’t give up I followed a strict schedule throughout my coaching in TIME. But before learning any of the study material I started learning discipline , I started writing a journal which consisted of my daily, weekly and monthly goals and strictly followed it and as a result I secured 96.2 percentile which was decent enough to get a call from a good college and my aim was to learn business for data science any good college was good enough for me .But the problem started when I didn’t get any calls , but without getting disheartened I started doing data science courses on coursera .I completed 4 specialization in 2 months as I still had my time management and discipline from when I was preparing for CAT and in end of July I got an offer from IIMBG which I accepted readily as now I had the technical knowledge of data science and I am ready to learn the business and decision making part of data science. And now I am ready for whatever life throws at me because going through so much of disappointment has prepared me to face even bigger challenges
