Businesses that create a sustainable relationship with their customers will always find themselves to be extremely successful. When a business holds the potential of impacting a consumer’s life, it sows the seeds of a fruitful engagement between itself and the consumer.
The Aditya Birla Group has successfully touched millions of lives and has left a lasting impression of their values and excellence. With a plethora of brands in its portfolio, the group has provided consumers with plenty of options to choose from. From its conglomerate,one such vertical that has impacted me the most has been the Fashion & Retail arm.
I am a fashion buff and have always been experimental with my clothing. A primary deciding factor has been the ability to keep up with the latest in fashion and ABG scores high on this front. With brands such as Van Heusen, Peter England, Allen Solly & Forever 21, the group has been a class apart in being the trendiest and most upbeat in fashion. The superior quality of the fabrics, intricate designs and tailor-made fitting is what attracts me to ABG’s fashion and retail arm.
In fact, if I do a quick survey of my wardrobe, I would know that most of what I possess is from brands under the ABG group. Whether its formal wear, to semi formals and casuals, I trust it all on the ABG group. Its offerings have given me the subtle opportunity to express myself through my clothing, and has enabled me to strategise my purchases across various clothing verticals.
Van Heusen, in particular is my favourite for its designs and unparalleled fittings. Moreover, a luxury retail store in the form of The Collective has done a world of good for consumers who desire to shop for the best. In a way, the group has focused on providing quality to its customers.
I believe that businesses must create value for their customers and the Aditya Birla Group has continued to do so, for years. Big brands speak for themselves, and ABG is a testimony to that.
