Tell us, in at least 250 words, ‘How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far’
I belong to middle class family, my father being farmer and mother house-wife. Always being a merit student during the school, I always dreamed to be a part of Nation’s best Colleges for higher education and career in the Top companies. But we never know the uncertainties of life, during my 12th class studies, I came to know that my sister has got both her Kidneys’ damaged and my mother donated her one kidney to my sister. I have seen my father handling the worst phase of his life during this time being financially weak.
My parents always encouraged me to study well, but that time I became aware that they are not in a situation to support my studies financially, so I completed BE studies taking loan from bank and later worked for 3.5 years, during this time, I cleared my loan and also supported family financially.
After making the family condition of stable, I planned to do Postgraduate studies from India’s prestigious college and started preparations for competitive entrance exams. During the exam preparations, my friends and colleagues encouraged and supported my studies boosting up my confidence. I have really worked hard and finally got the decent rank in the national level entrance examinations and finally made to get a call from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai for PGDIE course.
For this journey from rural village to Mumbai city, my parents are appreciating me and encouraging me for being very much ambitious for making my dreams to reality.
