Aditya Birla Group: Winning Hearts At Every Level - TAPMI

One of the aspirations for every individual is to leave the world in a better state than the way they found it. To me individually, I would love to see my native town prosper. Since childhood, whenever I visited my native, I used to think why there are no branded outlets in the town. It is not that there wasn’t any demand back then. It is just that people were not aware that they need branded products.

Keeping the brand aspect aside for a moment, the regular activities took away most of the time in people’s lives. For example, if anyone had to buy vegetables, they had to go to a different market. For buying notebooks for their kids, a different shop. For buying personal care products and other items, another shop. People would spend most of the time moving between shops as compared to choosing better products. After a few years came MORE by Aditya Birla Group. It housed all necessary products under a single roof. Now, if anyone travelled from nearby village to the town or even the local urban people would just walk by the MORE supermart and pick up the essentials. This saved their time for other day to day activities. The products displayed in MORE including the vegetables were certified and packed thereby assuring the quality of the item. This improved customer satisfaction and I heard many good reviews about MORE when I visited my native a few years back. Even though the current ownership is not under Aditya Birla Group, the brand value instilled by Aditya Birla Group in the MORE retail chain due to the business culture, customer experience and customer satisfaction is absolutely commendable.

Recently, when I travelled back in Diwali Holidays (2018), I found a large PETER ENGLAND store in the town. People were enjoying their time in the store for Diwali shopping and I was mesmerized at the sight. An agricultural town had completely transformed. Aditya Birla Group bridged a consumer gap which was not catered to for a long time. Now, people in my native do not have to flock to nearby cities to get the experience of “The Diwali Shopping” and do get the chance to share the exciting experiences they had at the branded retail stores of the Aditya Birla Group with their friends and relatives.

Aditya Birla Group have created a great impact in the Indian society since their inception. No second thoughts on that. However, what made me brand loyal to this entity are the many instances like the above two I mentioned. I am sure they will continue to grow their reach and I hope this article will be a tribute from my side for their efforts. I have seen my native town grow bigger and become better, it is time for us & Aditya Birla Group to go more places and repeat the same.
