My biggest challenge has been prioritizing and time managing which directly has an impact on the trade-off between quantity and quality. When working on an important task, against a deadline, or planning out daily responsibilities, it is important to manage time wisely. The way Aditya Birla Group has managed its several ventures and the quality of each and every product is worth appreciating. I have always faced a dilemma whether to prioritize the amount of work I should do or the perfection I should put in, in each task. I realized the only solution to it was to learn prioritizing, time management and scheduling tasks. The ability to quickly process and analyse information and develop it into action is one of the most emergent skills of the professional world today.
