Aditya Birla Product in my lifeAditya Birla Group has its presence across various sectors be it Banking, Fashion, Chemical to Metals. There presence is felt across everyone’s life in some way or the other, be it on road they have the cement industry contributing in the form of cement or chemical manufacturing which in itself encapsulates a wholesome industry starting from young ones to the adults cannot live away with or fashion industry where the opportunities are as huge as it gets mass customized across various market segments ,few of the many being Peter England, Van Heusen, Allen Solly as under the name Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. This outreach of ABG has also had immense influence in my life too has it had on others. I have been using ABG ‘s products in the clothing industry for quite some time. The fabrics which have been manufactured by them is one of the finest quality materials, which add up to the value addition, aesthetic feel, worth for money considering the price constraints and other parameters. The material fiber quality used is unmatched as in the rich quality of appearance it provides one and engulfs the other is worth noting, wherein there are instances where in people have walked up to me after a meeting and asked regarding the purchase of the clothing very prominently which shows that the edge factor that is present along with the product making it the team leader in whatever it has spread its presence and essence felt. This unprecedented benchmark is a hallmark of its dedication and contribution to the industry.Challenge that I overcame in my lifeNow starting with challenges in one’s life is like finding end in the sky above us as they never end. Every day we encounter challenges pertaining to emotions, intelligence, financial, which has its own repercussion, twists and turns, take away and solutions above all these the thirst for us to move upward in life with experiences. As they appear and disappear knowingly, unknowingly, seamlessly, they bring a sense of satisfaction, emotional encounter which is self-explanatory in each one’s life. One such event that I went through was the one at my workplace where I had been assigned to meet various vendors of manufacturing market. Now meeting people in any industry which involves production is very tough as in there are no fixed period as regard to their availability. The only thing that goes untold is that even on holidays they are on duty but off the company’s payroll. Now meeting various vendor prospects for supplies to meet the manufacturing requirements is a huge task. Secondly convincing them to have a business interest in terms of financial viability is more complex as everyone wants a bigger chunk of the cookie that is available. I would say that here comes in experiences of the people that you work along, one’s attitude, emotional capability where one has to be determined to see to that both are on the same boat and see to that this reaches the shore on time and every time. This challenge was taken up by me and it took a lot of learning along with some hiccups that pop up as and then. The individual, team spirit, helped me understand things in a more determined manner to see to that things happen as they are meant to without any hassles. These are like the pawns in a chessboard one move here and there gone are the opportunities which were once yours and now a thing of the past. The takeaway was that teamwork along with execution of work with disciplined and right frame of mind can help one see through challenges easily .
